Standard Bookings

For bookings made directly or through our website, the above timeline applies from the time the cancellation request is received by us.

How to Cancel Your Booking

2. Provide your booking reference number and guest name
3. Receive a cancellation confirmation from our team
4. Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Refund Processing

• Processing Time: 7–10 business days from cancellation date
• Refund Method: To the original payment method only
• Bank Processing: An additional 2–5 days may be required by your bank

Special Circumstances

Group & Event Bookings

Groups of 10+ rooms and event bookings (weddings, conferences) have modified cancellation terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some discounted promotional rates are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These rates cannot be cancelled for any refund.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or refund bookings.

Modifications & Early Checkout

• Date modifications are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability
• Early checkout does not entitle guests to a refund for unused nights
• Extension of stay is subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable room rate
