Standard Bookings
For bookings made directly or through our website, the above timeline applies from the time the cancellation request is received by us.
How to Cancel Your Booking

- Provide your booking reference number and guest name
- Receive a cancellation confirmation from our team
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days from cancellation date
- Refund Method: To the original payment method only
- Bank Processing: An additional 2–5 days may be required by your bank
Special Circumstances
Group & Event Bookings
Groups of 10+ rooms and event bookings (weddings, conferences) have modified cancellation terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some discounted promotional rates are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These rates cannot be cancelled for any refund.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or refund bookings.
Modifications & Early Checkout
- Date modifications are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability
- Early checkout does not entitle guests to a refund for unused nights
- Extension of stay is subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable room rate
