Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Check-in

• Check-in time: 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request and may attract additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence) is mandatory at check-in.
• Guests are required to complete Form C registration at check-in, as required by law.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who are unable to present valid identification.

2. Payment

• Payment can be made by cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
• For online bookings, payment is processed through our secure payment partner (RazorPay).
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Room rates are per night per room unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

4. Hotel Rules & Conduct

• MAS Residency is a silent, family-friendly hotel located near a sacred temple. We expect all guests to maintain decorum and respect the spiritual environment.
• Alcohol consumption and loud music are not permitted on the premises.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or common areas. A designated smoking area is available.
• Pets are not permitted unless prior written consent has been obtained from the management.
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms. Use the in-room safe or the front desk locker.
• Guests causing damage to hotel property will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

5. Visitors

Visitors to in-house guests must register at the front desk. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless booked as registered guests.

6. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, illness, or any other loss or damage suffered by guests during their stay, unless caused by the negligence of the hotel.

7. Changes to Terms

MAS Residency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
